On April 7, 2021, the Klin City Court fined 1,000 rubles. 24-year-old Yevgeny Papshev for posting an audio recording included in the federal list of extremist materials on a social network in the public domain.
On April 29, 2021, the Oktyabrsky District Court of Tambov fined Alexander Kozlov 1,000 rubles for publishing in the public domain on the social network VKontakte an audio recording “1488-I draw with white chalk 14/88”, which is included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials (p. 2849). Kozlov said that during the time of use, his page on the social network was hacked, but then access was restored with all the data available there. He also stated that he did not know that the specified audio recording was included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials. He added that he was subjected to mental pressure by the FSB officer, who took explanations on March 2, 2021. The court did not take these arguments into account and fined the offender with confiscation of the subject of the administrative offense - the CD.
On April 26, 2021, the Stanovlyansky District Court of the Lipetsk Region fined Viktor Bubnov 1,000 rubles for publishing in free access on the VKontakte social network an audio recording "They left (Shahids) Timur Mutsuraev", recognized as extremist by the Kurgan City Court of the Kurgan Region on June 27, 2013 and submitted to the Federal List of Extremist Materials. The case came from the FSB of Russia in the Lipetsk region. The user "Viktor Bubnov" has 9 subscribers, the page has 86 friends. Bubnov at the court session admitted guilt in committing an administrative offense, repented of his deed, did not dispute the circumstances of the administrative offense, while explaining that he had posted an audio recording on his page on the VKontakte social network for a long time, he does not use this page and that he already forgot that this audio recording was placed on it.
On April 20, 2021, the Osinsky District Court of the Perm Territory fined him 1,500 rubles. Yevgenia Popova for publishing in the public domain on his VKontakte page under the pseudonym Zheka Popov a video that was recognized as extremist by the Oktyabrsky District Court. Popov did not appear at the hearing, in a telephone message addressed to the court, he asked to consider the case without his participation. The video has been removed from the network.
On April 27, 2021, it became known that in the Tula region, the Odoevsky district court fined a 37-year-old resident of the Dubensky district who published materials included in the FSEM on a social network.
In April 2021, the Leninsky District Court of Kemerovo fined a 25-year-old resident of the city 2,000 rubles for posting Nazi symbols on social networks, as well as songs from the Federal List of Extremist Materials. He was also fined under Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (propaganda or public display of Nazi paraphernalia or symbols).
In April 2021, the Lefortovsky District Court of Moscow fined 36-year-old Muscovite Roman Kryl a thousand rubles for publishing the song "Heroes of the ROA" by the Kolovrat group in 2008. According to court records, Kryl added the song in October 2008 and didn't remove it until March 16, 2021. In 2012, the song was added to the list of extremist materials. In court, Kryl pleaded guilty and repented. Wing's page on VKontakte has been deleted without the possibility of recovery.
On April 9, 2021, the Bratsk City Court of the Irkutsk Region fined 1,000 rubles. Aleksey Bazitov for posting audio recordings included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials on his personal page on the VKontakte social network. Bazitov partially admitted guilt in committing an administrative offense, explained that he had downloaded music before 2015, which were freely available, he listened to them. Since 2015, I have not visited the page on the VKontakte social network, I learned that this music is illegal from the FSB in 2021. At present, he has deleted everything, he had no intentions of an extremist nature and no malicious intent.
In April 2021, the Zarechensky City Court of the Penza Region fined him 1,000 rubles. 47-year-old user of one of the social Internet networks. According to the prosecutor's office, a resident of Zarechensk posted in free access on his social network page under a nickname an image of a Nazi swastika and a poem included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials under item 5117. (We are talking about the poem "Christian slavery", recognized as extremist by the decision of the Pervomaisky District Court of Kirov on August 24, 2020. He was also fined under Part 1 of Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (public demonstration of Nazi symbols, propaganda or public demonstration of which is prohibited by federal laws) .
On April 13, 2021, it became known that in North Ossetia, the Prigorodny District Court fined T. Arsamakov for publishing on his Odnoklassniki page an audio recording “Timur Mutsuraev – Oh Russia, forget the past glory” (paragraph 3193 of the Federal List of Extremist Materials ) .
On April 12, 2021, it became known that in the Kaluga Region, the Dzerzhinsky District Court fined a resident of Kaluga, born in 1997, for 1,000 rubles, who published the text of a song included in the FSEM on his social network page. The young man was also fined under Art. 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses .
On April 7, 2021, the Kireevsky District Court of the Tula Region fined a 36-year-old resident of the city of Lipki, Kireevsky District, 36-year-old Rustam Shafiev, who published some materials included in the FSEM on his social network page. At present, materials inciting religious hatred have been removed.
In April 2021, the Kovrov City Court of the Vladimir Region fined a local resident S. for freely distributing on his page on the social network VKontakte a video clip with a song, the text of which, by decision of the Vologda City Court on November 7, 2012, was recognized as extremist material and included in the federal list. The information came from the Federal Security Service of Russia for the Vladimir Region. Prohibited information from the Internet has been removed. According to the website of the prosecutor's office, "in two months of 2021, similar offenses were detected in 4 citizens of the city of Kovrov, all of them were brought to administrative responsibility."
On April 8, 2021, the Ust-Ilimsk City Court of the Irkutsk Region fined 1,000 rubles. Farzinjon Nurov for publishing an audio recording from the FSEM on the Odnoklassniki social network. Publication access has been blocked. The materials posted on the website have been removed.
On April 5, 2021, it became known that in North Ossetia, a court fined a resident of the village of Kartsa, who kept literature included in the FSEM.
On April 2, 2021, it became known that the Sovetsky District Court of Tula fined 18-year-old Tatyana Garazh for 1,000 rubles, who published audio recordings “Kolovrat - Wonderful skinhead”, “Duchess - I draw with white chalk 14/88” on her page on VKontakte ”and“ Kolovrat - Death of the Skin ”(paragraphs 3608 , 1712 and 4823 of the Federal List of Extremist Materials). The girl was also brought to administrative responsibility under Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses .
On April 2, 2021, it became known that the Luninskiy District Court of the Penza Region fined Aleksey Ageev 1,000 rubles for publishing on his page on the social network "an image with a text part, which was recognized by a court decision in 2017 as extremist material." The man was also fined under Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses .
On April 2, 2021, it became known that the Simferopol District Court of Crimea fined Ruslan Umerov 1,000 rubles for publishing Timur Mutsuraev’s song “Jerusalem” on his VKontakte page (paragraph 691 of the Federal List of Extremist Materials ) .
On April 1, 2021, the Oktyabrsky District Court of Tambov fined Aleksey Kolmakov 15,000 rubles. The administrative case was initiated at the request of the Federal Security Service of Russia. During the audit, it was found that in 2018 Kolmakov added the audio recording “DIV-Russian Frost” to his page on the VKontakte social network, which was included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials under item 4035. At the court session, Kolmakov fully admitted his guilt in the offense, repented of his deed, indicated that he did not know that the audio recording was included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials, had no intent to distribute, kept the recording on his page, because he is a musician and he liked it music. Kolmakov was confiscated the subject of an administrative offense - a CD.
