The Alliance of Doctors Alliance union promised to arrange a protest of health workers at the walls of colony No. 2 in Pokrov, where Alexei Navalny is located if the administration refuses to provide him with the necessary medical care. The video message is published in the YouTube channel "Navalny Live".

“If the patient cannot get to the doctor, then the doctors themselves will come to him,” said Anastasia Vasilieva, chairman of the “Alliance of Doctors” Alliance.

According to her, the “Doctors Alliance” plans to hold a rally if until April 5, inclusive to Navalny, “its neurologist will not be allowed and the drugs necessary for the treatment will not be issued”.

Earlier on April 2, almost 30 Russian human rights defenders turned to the Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia Tatyana Moskalkova with a request to “immediately visit Alexei Navalny in colony No. 2 in Kokrov. Their letter was published by the Memorial human rights center. Moskalkova replied that she sent to the director of the FSIN Alexander Kalashnikov the appeals of lawyers.

On March 31, Navalny announced a hunger strike. On March 25, he handed over from the colony two statements to the Federal Penitentiary Service and the General Prosecutor, in which he demands to provide him with a continuous eight -hour sleep and allow a doctor.
