In Evpatoria, the court fined the Khava Nagila synagogue under Part 3 of Art. 5.26 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.

On April 19, 2021, it became known that on March 3, 2021 in Evpatoria, the Magistrate Court of Judicial District No. 43 of the Evpatoria Judicial District fined the Chava Nagila synagogue of Messianic Jews under Part 3 of Art. 5.26 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (carrying out by a religious organization of activities without indicating its official full name, including the release or distribution of literature, printed, audio and video materials without marking with the specified name or with incomplete or deliberately false marking as part of missionary activities). the results of the audit, which showed that the videos distributed by the community on the Internet are not marked with the official full name of the organization. The amount of the fine was 30,000 rubles.
