Neo-Nazi detained in Tula
20-year-old Igor Zolotorev is suspected under Art. 280 of the Criminal Code.
On April 28, 2021, it became known that a criminal case had been opened in Tula under Part 2 of Art. 280 of the Criminal Code (public calls for extremism on the Internet) against 20-year-old local resident Igor Zolotarev. The reason for the criminal prosecution of a young man working as a fitness trainer was his publications on VKontakte.
Zolotarev was detained on April 28, his house was searched. He had seized - a flag, an aerosol gun, brass knuckles and a telescopic baton. Telegram channel “Tula. Extremism" does not call the detainee "ardent neo-Nazi." Over the eyebrow of Zolotarev, a tattoo “Beat the Jews” is embossed, on left hand, the inscription "To each his own" in German ("Jedem das Seine"). How according to right-wing websites, Zolotarev is a "fan club member Cleaver".
On April 29, 2021, the Central District Court of Tula arrested Zolotarev.
In August 2021, the case went to court.
