In Kansk (Krasnoyarsk Territory), 15-year-old teenager Nikita Uvarov was released from the pre-trial detention center, who is charged with the organization of the terrorist community. This was reported by the head of the international human rights group "Agora" Pavel Chikov with reference to lawyers Vladimir Vasina and Tatyana Galeeva.
“Uvarov was in a pre -trial detention center for almost 11 months. The other day, the Krasnoyarsk Regional Court recognized the extension of the guard of April 6, 2021 illegal. No other preventive measure was chosen against him. Uvarov does not plead guilty, ”the human rights activist writes.
At the end of April, the New Gazeta reported that a new minor person involved appeared in the Kansky teenagers.
Nikita Uvarov and Denis Mikhailenko were first detained in the summer of 2020 after the straping of leaflets in support of the arrested anarchist and mathematician Azat Miftakhov: they glued one of them to the FSB building. Schoolchildren were released by seizing phones. Having gained access to teenagers correspondence, the security forces learned that the schoolchildren built the FSB building in the Minecraft computer game and were going to blow it up for the joke.
The next day, Uvarova and Mikhailenko were detained again, this time with Bogdan Andreev. Nikita was sent to a pre -trial detention center, and Denis and Bogdan were under house arrest. In the forensic examination, attention is drawn to the fact that adolescents shared the news of Novaya Gazeta and the OTD-info with each other, quoted in the correspondence of Peter Kropotkin and Kurt Kobein, and also listened to the songs of Yegor Letov.
On March 9, 2021, the SK terminated the case against the Kansk adolescents about participation in the terrorist community (part 2 of article 205.4 of the Criminal Code), excited due to their correspondence, in which they discussed the comic explosion of the FSB building built in the Minecraft computer game. The investigation considered that in the actions of adolescents there is no corpus delicti due to the lack of “necessary structured”, units, as well as “a clear distribution of functions between participants”. However, the prosecution against minors remained an article on the passage of training to carry out terrorist activities (Article 205.3 of the Criminal Code).
On March 10, 2021, the UK announced the initiation against Uvarov, Mikhailenko and Andreev cases on four episodes of manufacture and three episodes of storage of explosives (part 2 of article 223.1 of the Criminal Code, part 2 of article 222.1 of the Criminal Code).
