Apple filed a lawsuit against FAS in arbitration

Apple filed a lawsuit against the Federal Antimonopoly Service to the Moscow Arbitration Court, VTIMES reports .

In April, the FAS fined Apple by 906.3 million rubles on the complaint of the Kaspersky Laboratory. The regulator decided that Apple abused the dominant position in the market. The department also ordered Apple to remove the provisions from the documentation that give it the right not to launch an application of third -party developers on the App Store for any reason.

Kaspersky laboratory complained about Apple in 2019. The company said Apple forced her to cut the functions of the Kaspersky Safe Kids application.

Kaspersky Lab noted that Apple has changed the policy in relation to Kaspersky Safe Kids and other similar applications after I introduced its own Screen Time function, which allows parental control.
