On May 24, 2021, the Sukhinichsky District Court of the Kaluga Region fined Dmitry Aksyonov for publishing in the public domain on the social network VKontakte images with the symbols of an extremist organization recognized as extremist by the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
On May 25, 2021, the Myskovsky City Court of the Kemerovo Region imposed an administrative arrest for 10 days on a 41-year-old local resident for showing tattoos with Nazi symbols on his body.
On May 25, 2021, the Kuibyshevsky District Court of Irkutsk fined 1,000 rubles. A 40-year-old prisoner in PKU SIZO-1 of the GUFSIN of Russia in the Irkutsk region for demonstrating tattoos with symbols in the form of a Nazi swastika and symbols of the banned extremist subculture “Prisoner Criminal Unity”. In the SIZO-1 cell, he showed off his own tattoos.
In May 2021, the Central District Court of the city of Novokuznetsk fined him 2,000 rubles. A 37-year-old local resident for posting freely available Nazi symbols on social networks, as well as songs from the Federal List of Extremist Materials. Employees of the Center for Combating Extremism of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Kemerovo Region explained to the man the current legislation, after which they drew up 2 administrative protocols. He was also fined under Article 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (production and distribution of extremist materials).
In May 2021, the Kstovo City Court of the Nizhny Novgorod Region found a resident of the city of Kstovo guilty of committing 7 administrative offenses for publishing in free access on his page on the VKontakte social network. The court sentenced a resident of Kstovo to an administrative fine of 1,000 rubles for each administrative offense.
In May 2021, the Blagoveshchensk City Court of the Amur Region fined a prisoner from one of the colonies who showed other prisoners a tattoo with a swastika on his left wrist.
