In the Leningrad region, due to a strong thunderstorm and wind, there was an accident on electric networks. Part of the meadow and several villages were left without light, the press service of the regional government reports . Lenenergo restores power supply, now four brigades are working there. Restoring work is also carried out in the Kingisepp, Vsevolozhsk and Volkhov districts.

According to the Ministry of Emergencies at 22:00, the maximum gusts of winds up to 17 m/s are recorded. Rescuers made 57 trips: the fall of trees-26 times, the threat of roofing and slightly fixed structures-12, flooding of the rooms due to roof leaks-7, wire breaks and a drop in traffic lights-9, the decline in balconies-3. According to preliminary data, 14 cars were damaged. Two people suffered from the fall of structures.
