The state prosecution provided empty sheets as evidence of the case of recognition of the Corruption Fund (FBK), the state of protection of the rights of citizens and headquarters of Navalny with extremist organizations. This was reported by New Gazeta with reference to the senior lawyer of the "team 29" Maxim Olenichev.
According to the publication, at the last meeting in the Moscow City Court, the prosecutor's office introduced six unequal volumes to the case. Maxim Olenichev in a conversation with the New Gazeta added that eight clean sheets were found in one of them. It is noted that they only have a serial number, and for some - numbers 2 or 4, which are not related to each other.
“According to the law, evidence is only those documents that can confirm the actual circumstances, and clean sheets do not confirm anything. Accordingly, on June 9, we will say that this is unacceptable evidence in the case with a request to withdraw them from the case file, ”the lawyer quoted the publication.
In April, the prosecutor's office demanded that the corruption fund (FBK), the Fund for the Protection of the Rights of Citizens and Navalny’s headquarters be recognized as extremist organizations. At the same time, Rosfinmonitoring submitted the headquarters of Navalny into the register of organizations involved in extremism or terrorism. On April 27, the court limited the activities of the FBC as part of the claim for recognition of the fund by an extremist organization.
