A sentence was passed in Perm for graffiti on a fence

Residents of Perm fined for graffiti with the inscription "19.01.95 Repeat?".

On June 8, 2021, the Sverdlovsky District Court of Perm sentenced Stanislav Kulmaganov and Daniil Nakonechny to a fine of 30 thousand and 100 thousand rubles under Part 1 of Article 280 of the Criminal Code. They were fined for graffiti depicting a mosque with bombs falling on it and the inscription "01/19/95 Repeat?". (Probably, we are talking about the storming of the presidential palace in Grozny by federal troops on January 19, 1995).

Kulmaganov said he plans to file a complaint with the appellate court.
An employee of the Center "E", who spoke at the trial, said that young people created a closed group Our Resistance in Telegram. “The members of the group adhered to the ideology of Nazism - they experienced intolerance towards the Jewish nation, people from the North Caucasus and people from the regions of Central Asia,” he added.
