
The Tagan court of Moscow fined Telegram another 10 million rubles for failure of prohibited content. This Inisder was reported in the press service of the court.
"Telegram Messenger Inc. found guilty of an administrative offense under Part 2 of Art. 13.41 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, ”the court said.
In total, the messenger was fined four protocols. For two protocols, fines of 2 million rubles were assigned, for the other two - another 3 million.
What kind of posts are in question, it is not specified, but the last weeks and months such decisions regarding social networks are made for publications, where people were campaigned for inconsistent protests. In mid -May, the same court had already fined a messenger for 5 million rubles for similar violations.
