In the Astrakhan region a sentence was passed under Article 280 of the Criminal Code

Rinat Galyaudinov was sentenced to a year of imprisonment in a colony-settlement.

On June 8, 2021, the Privolzhsky District Court of the Astrakhan Region sentenced Rinat Galyaudinov under Part 2 of Art. 280 of the Criminal Code (public calls for extremist activities).

Galyaudinov was sentenced to a year in prison in a colony-settlement for calling on the Instagram network " to carry out extremist activities against law enforcement officers ."

The defendant appealed the verdict.
