The Bologovsky City Court of the Tver Region recognized the BTO Instruction as an extremist material.
On June 16, 2021, the Bologovsky City Court of the Tver Region satisfied the administrative claim of the Deputy Prosecutor of the Tver Region for the recognition of the BTO Instruction as extremist.
The text was discovered by the FSB department in the public domain on the Internet. The text of the instruction begins with the words "Instruction of the BTO ..." and ends with the words "... so that the BTO fighters can repel repression", 509 printed pages, including 6 sections with names: introduction, work alone, recruitment of people, the necessary knowledge of fighters, weapons, actions yours and your group.
According to the conclusion of a specialist from the Center for Forensic Expertise, the instruction “contains signs of inciting hatred and hostility towards representatives of non-Russian ethnic groups on the basis of nationality, representatives of the Negroid and Mongoloid races on the basis of race, employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia on the basis of belonging to a social group; calls for the implementation of extremist and terrorist activities, as well as signs of justifying terrorist activities and propaganda of terrorism.
The court ruled to satisfy the claims of the deputy prosecutor in full.
