Why did a new wave begin?

Most of the new cases of infection falls on the Delta option, first discovered in India. In Moscow, according to official figures, it is detected in 90% of the sick. Cases of vaccinated people are also associated with it. The Delta option is more contradictory in comparison with other coronavirus strains (this is for sure) and can more often lead to hospitalization of patients (but this is only the most preliminary data). This is a new measure for Russia. It will not work to quickly cope with the new outbreak of coronavirus with the help of compulsory vaccination - at least for the reason that no vaccine acts instantly. For example, in the case of a “satellite V”, the protective effect is observed about the 18th day after the introduction of the first component. The authorities of Moscow and the regions of Russia do not want to return to tough restrictions, but they, alas, are necessary to restrain the spread of the disease.
