Attack on a comedian in Moscow

Stand-up comedian Idrak Mirzalizade spoke about online harassment and an attack on him for a joke about Russians in a humorous show on the yuotube channel.

On June 23, 2021, in Moscow, at coffee, comedian Idrak Mirzalizade was attacked from behind, the security guard of the establishment did not help him, but asked him to move away to square, "so as not to frighten visitors."

The reason for the attack and harassment was on the Internet a fragment from the "Crackdown" program with a joke about the "Russians". The release of the humorous improvisational show "Crackdowns" with the participation of Mirzalizade was published on March 1. In the video, Mirzalizade spoke about the difficulties that "non-Slavs" face when looking for housing.

A few months later, the Tsargrad TV channel and the founder of the Male State, Vladislav Pozdnyakov, drew attention to the video.

On June 5, Vladimir Solovyov, on the air of Solovyov Live, called Mirzalizade a “scoundrel” and asked why he had not yet been convicted under the article on inciting hatred.

After that, several thousand angry comments and messages were written to the comedian in all social networks. In the comments under one of the last posts, Mirzalizade was insulted, demanded an apology and departure from Russia. A post condemning the words of the comedian also appeared on the Dvach platform and in other Telegram channels, where users began to discuss his capture for a reward of 50 thousand rubles.

The attackers at the cafe demanded an apology from the comedian, but he refused.

The well-known Nazi, founder of the WhiteRex brand Denis Kapustin (Nikitin) wrote on his Telegram channel that he created the Good Deeds fund to sponsor far-right violence. Kapustin invited his comrades-in-arms to chip in to replenish him. Earlier, he announced a reward of 50 thousand rubles for a video with a beating of a stand-up comedian. In the comments, several dozen Nazis revealed their desire to beat Mirzalidze and make money on it.
