Today, the Preobrazhensky District Court of Moscow was supposed to pronounce a verdict in the “sanitary case” of Lyubov Sobol, but it was postponed until tomorrow. Akel’s case was examined in one day.
In April, lawyer Vladimir Voronin spoke about the first defendant in the “sanatorium case”, who, according to the investigation, came to the rally on January 23 with coronavirus. It was Akel. The investigation calls him a “perpetrator” who, under the influence of the “calls” of Lyubov Sobol and others, went out onto the street. Akel himself said in court that he went to the rally after two negative pharmacy tests for coronavirus.
