A 67-year-old resident of Bashkortostan is charged under Part 2 of Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code.
On August 2, 2021, it became known that in the Republic of Bashkortostan, the court will consider the case of a 67-year-old resident of the Duvansky district, accused under Part 2 of Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code (participation in the activities of an extremist organization).
According to investigators, since June 2019, the man has been a member of the Union of Slavic Forces of Rus', in which he held the position of "acting First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs - Head of the Main Investigation Department of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs." He sent "campaign and propaganda materials" to the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and also "orally propagated the idea that the law enforcement structures of the Russian Federation should move from the extralegal field of the Russian Federation to the legal field of the USSR."
