Homophobic incident in Novosibirsk

In August 2021, in Novosibirsk, an unknown person poured urine on a girl with pink hair in the Aura shopping center. In the Telegram channel Newsgram, he recorded a video: “I’m going to pour LGBT representatives with a liquid that the human body produces.” In the video, a young man wearing a black protective mask holds a plastic cup filled with a yellow liquid, which he then splashes onto visitors. Later, the user "Step of the Pharaohs" on the social network "VKontakte" wished the victim to "look further on your anime and swim in the urine." The alleged offender's page was later removed.

Earlier in Novosibirsk, a group of young people in medical masks beat up an underage fan of anime culture on Mikhailovskaya Embankment. He got a concussion. The teenager was accused of belonging to the LGBT culture.
