The Court of Appeal recognized Schlosberg to be legitimate from the elections to the State Duma, refusing to hear the Ministry of Justice and the CEC

The first appeal court recognized the decision of the Moscow City Court to cancel the registration of registration in the State Duma of the deputy of the Pskov Regional Committee, the leader of the local branch of Yabloko Lev Schlosberg. This was announced on Twitter.

“The court refused to claim the CEC to give an opinion on the case and in the petition to demand the results of the inspection of the Ministry of Justice of Russia of my candidacy,” Schlosberg said. The politician called the court decision unreasonable and illegal - now he intends to appeal him in the Supreme Court.

Schlosberg was registered as a candidate for the State Duma for the Khovrinsky single -mandate constituency No. 207, in early August, the candidate from the Green Party Andrei Pangaev challenged his registration.

Earlier, Schlosberg was removed from the elections to the Pskov Regional Board due to the “involvement in the activities of a public association engaged in extremist activities”, which was meant the Fund for Combating Corruption (FBK) of Alexei Navalny.
