In Murmansk, the former head of the Murmansk headquarters of Alexei Navalny Violetta Grudin was interrogated in the Investigative Committee in the case of the creation of a non -profit organization encroaching on the identity and rights of citizens (Article 239 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
