20-year-old Igor Zolotorev was sentenced to nine months in a colony-settlement.
On August 25, 2021, in Tula, a court found 20-year-old fitness trainer Igor Zolotorev guilty under Part 2 of Art. 280 of the Criminal Code (public calls for extremism on the Internet) and sentenced him to nine months in a colony-settlement with a ban on administering websites on the Internet for two and a half years.
The reason for initiating the case was Zolotorev's own photographs, which he had published on the social network since March 2020.
The initiation of the case became known in April 2021. At the same time, the young man was arrested and then taken into custody. In August, the case went to court.
During a search of the accused's house, a flag, an aerosol gun, brass knuckles and an expandable baton were found. Telegram channel “Tula. Extremism" called him "an ardent neo-Nazi". Above the eyebrow, Zolotarev has a tattoo “Beat the Jews”, on his left hand, the inscription “To each his own” in German (“Jedem das Seine”). As reported on right-wing websites, Zolotarev is a "member of Tesak's fan club."
