On September 21, the Supreme Court of Crimea upheld the decision of the Kievsky District Court of Simferopol, which considered it legal to refuse to hand over the body of Nabi Rakhimov, who was killed by security forces during a search on May 11, to his widow Sohiba Burkhanova.
