“I am sitting in a special -reception at the Sheremetyevo Airport, the terminal F. It is not known where they will go, because the documents were seized,” Chupik said.
Chupik was awarded a notice of deprivation of refugee status in Russia. She was banned from entering the country until 2051. The human rights activist is facing a deportation to Uzbekistan, whose citizen she is. In her homeland, she is in danger.

“Mediazone. Central Asia ”reports that the human rights activist managed to transfer a notification from the Office for Migration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow. It says that from September 17, Chupik has been deprived of the status of refugees. The reason was the presentation of supposedly false information or fake documents for recognition as a refugee (subparagraph 2 of paragraph 2 of Article 9 of the Law “On Refugees”).
