• The Investigative Committee has combined five criminal cases against Alexei Navalny and his supporters into one. The combined case contains articles on the laundering of criminally obtained funds, the creation of a non-profit organization that infringes on the identity and rights of citizens, as well as articles on financing, leadership and participation in the extremist community.
• The defendant in the “sanitary case” Oleg Navalny was sentenced . In August, he was given a one-year suspended sentence for incitement to violate sanitary and epidemiological rules in connection with the January 23 rally in support of his brother Alexei Navalny.
