In early October, the Gulagu.net project said that more than 40 GB of video, documents and photos turned out at his disposal. These files indicate cases of mass torture in the penitentiary institutions of Russia. The prisoners were raped and beaten, with the help of torture extorted money and information. Vladimir Osechkin said that he received a video from the former prisoner-programmer Sergei, whom "he was beaten and tortured, and then decided to use as a professional."
