On October 25, 2021, the St. Petersburg City Court ruled on an administrative lawsuit to recognize the Nevograd association (Nevograd-2, BTO-Nevograd, First Line Nevograd) as extremist and ban its activities on territory of the Russian Federation.
In court, the plaintiff noted that extremist crimes were again being committed in St. Petersburg, among which were named a portrait of Voevodin painted on a wall in Zelenogorsk and several groups on VKontakte, glorifying the activities of the defendants.
During the meeting, it became known that Andrey Kleshchin (the well-known neo-Nazi Andrey Linok, who in the past headed the right-wing radical gang Lincoln-88 ) mentioned in connection with Nevograd in the message of the prosecutor's office, changed his surname again, now he is Ivanov. The leaders of the Nazi skinheads from St. Petersburg, Alexei Voevodin (leader of the "Combat Terrorist Organization") and German Wengerveld (member of the neo-Nazi group "NS / WP Nevograd") also testified in court. Voevodin asked in court about ex-comrade-in-arms Andrey Malyugin , why he was not brought in as a co-respondent and why he was mentioned in court. Voevodin objected to the recognition of the organization as extremist and added that the name "Nevograd" was spread by journalists. Wengerveld left the issue of recognizing the organization as extremist to the discretion of the court, explaining that he was not the head of the organization, "he once had some convictions, but now he does not want to talk about it." "For about 20 minutes, the defendants discussed sports, books, the Nightwish group, and were looking for mutual acquaintances," the court said in a statement. “We are all sitting there, what to ban,” Voevodin said in court. Earlier, in the message of the prosecutor’s office, they also mentioned in connection with Nevograd (in addition to Voevodin, Vengerveld and Link) Dmitry Borovikov (organizer of the "Mad Crowd" and "Combat Terrorist Organization" groups), Andrey Kolesnikov (until 2002 Jamal Kolesnikov) .
Name "Nevograd" was used by many ultra-right groups. Among organizations where the word "Nevograd" appeared were: FirstLine Nevograd, "BTO-Nevograd" and "Nevagrad". The most famous of these groups was St. Petersburg "NS / WP Nevograd", the verdict in the case of which was pronounced in June 2014 (see a partial chronicle of the crimes here ). In 2019, it was reported that members of the Firstline Nevograd group were detained in St. Petersburg. Three of the detainees - 16-year-old Vladislav, seventh-grader Denis and 19-year-old Nikita Kovalev - were involved in the attack on two girls on Ligovsky Prospekt in December 2019. in September 2018 Members of Firstline Nevograd attacked the Sokol club , where the concert of the punk band Truckdrivers was supposed to take place; organized the attack of the aforementioned Link; the verdict in this case was handed down in April 2021.
IN In 2020, law enforcement agencies also reported the detention members of some group Firstline Nevograd. January 9 young people were detained in connection with the attack on a 26-year-old passer-by on Konyushennaya Square. IN February, employees of the Center for Combating Extremism of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported suppression of the upcoming mass brawl and the detention of several people aged 14 to 34 years.
At the beginning of June 2020, employees of the E Center conducted searches in St. Petersburg at the nationalists from the Firstline Nevograd group after the wake of Dmitry Borovikov, which were held on May 19, 2020 in St. Petersburg in a certain abandoned place. Probably, Link was the organizer of the action.
