The reason was the publication of a video in which the model bares her chest against the backdrop of St. Basil's Cathedral.
October 23, 2021 became It is known that the Meshchansky Interdistrict Investigation Department of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the city of Moscow opened a criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 148 of the Criminal Code (public acts expressing clear disrespect for society and committed with the aim of insulting religious feelings of believers) in relation to the OnlyFans webcam model Lolita Bogdanova (Lola Bunny).
The reason for the persecution of Bogdanova was the video, appeared on the Internet on October 20, 2021 and contains footage of Bogdanova nudity chest on Red Square, against the backdrop of St. Basil's Cathedral.
Bogdanova apologized on social networks, and also said that she began to receive threats in private messages. Link to model's Instagram with insults addressed to her, published the telegram channel of the founder of "Men's state" Vladislav Pozdnyakov.
From our point of view, Bogdanova's behavior could hardly have caused concern for the parishioners of the temple, since the video was filmed outside of it, however, it could well cause inconvenience to visitors to Red Square, so it could be qualified under Part 1 of Art. 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses on petty hooliganism. Regarding the publication of the video, it should be noted that signs inciting hatred towards Orthodox believers, which could be followed by liability under Art. 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, the video did not contain, therefore, to pursue its distribution, in our opinion, should not be. Recall that we opposed introduction to Art. 148 of the Criminal Code of insulting the feelings of believers, because, with our point of view, this indefinite concept does not and cannot have a clear legal meaning. Therefore, the criminal prosecution of Bogdanova under Part 1 of Art. 148 we consider illegal.
