The defendant of the case of the theft of 900 million rubles was exempted from the pre -trial detention center when supplying the batteries of the Ministry of Defense

The military court in Moscow transferred from the investigative insulator to the home arrest of the technical director of the company "Aniks" Sergey Fedoseev, who is a defendant in a criminal case of embezzlement of almost 900 million rubles from the Ministry of Defense. According to investigators, this money disappeared during the maintenance of the state contract for the main automobile control control (GABTU) on the supply of more than 230 thousand automobile batteries.

The investigation was launched by the GVSU of the IC of the Russian Federation based on the materials of the FSB on March 3, 2020. According to the case file, Aniks LLC delivered to the army the starter batteries of five different modifications in 2017-2019. The initial amount of the electronic auction exceeded 2.8 billion rubles and, in its results, remained actually the same, writes Kommersant.

According to the GVSU of the IC of the Russian Federation, with the help of various frauds with quality and price for the purchase of batteries for the needs of the army, more than 860.3 million rubles were stolen from the budget as part of the state defense order.

The first person involved in the case was a colonel from Gabta, already the former head of the supply department of armored and automobile property, and the second - Sergey Fedoseev. In the status of a suspect under a subscription about a wonness, he took place from June to November 2020, when he was charged. Then the investigator stated that Fedoseev violated the subscription, changing the place of residence without appropriate permission, which was due to which he was placed under house arrest from the sanction of the court. Then, in the case, the CEO of the Kursk Battery Plant Andrei Rybyantsev began to appear as the accused.

Later, the GVSU of the IC of the Russian Federation announced that the pressure and experts were on pressure, at least psychological, and Sergey Fedoseev organized it both personally by phone and through one of his lawyers. The investigator asked the court to send the person involved in a pre -trial detention center, since the “unlawful act, which is imputed to him, has increased public danger, since it was committed in the field of state defense order aimed at ensuring the defense and security of the Russian Federation”.

Now the court decided to free Fedoseyev from the pre -trial detention center "in connection with the changed circumstances." Typically, this formulation hides cooperation with the investigation and giving confession. The decision to change the measure of restraint to the top manager of the company "Aniks" was made by the judge of the 235th garrison military court Andrei Tolkachenko.
