The authorities of St. Petersburg do not plan to renew Lokdown after November 7, Fontanka reports with reference to two sources “close to the city government”.

According to the sources of the publication, the final edition of the updated Decree No. 121 has not yet been adopted - the document exists in two versions. The authorities will focus on the dynamics of incidence and a share of free beds. One of the sources said that “cosmetic changes” will be made to the resolution, the other that the document will bring into line with the previously published methodological recommendations for the Lokdown period.

Earlier on November 3, Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said that the authorities will not extend non -working days in Moscow. Meanwhile, three regions of Russia have already stated that non -working days will extend: Chelyabinsk, Kursk and Novgorod regions.

The document has some clarifications on the QR code system. In particular, it is indicated that persons over 60 years old will be able to present a certificate instead of a QR code confirming the passage of vaccination or a disease on paper. In addition, hotels, sanatoriums and holiday homes will require a negative PCR test for children (the result of the test is valid for three days).
