Rashkin announced his readiness to cooperate with the investigation in order to maintain deputy inviolability

The State Duma deputy from the Communist Party Valery Rashkin announced his readiness to cooperate with the investigation so as not to lose his deputy inviolability. It is reported by "Interfax."

“I am open, ready for any examinations, any parishes, investigative actions,” said Rashkin. He added that in the event of his voluntary participation in investigative actions, the procedure for removing his deputy inviolability is not required.

Rashkin also said that he was testing on the polygraph regarding his version of the moose mining case. According to Rashkin, the conclusion confirms that he was sure that the hunt was legal.

The Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party, Alexander Yushchenko, said that on the eve of the party leadership there was a discussion of the situation with the case of moose mining. “At the meeting, the management clearly determined that no one is evading responsibility, but speculation on this topic is unacceptable,” said Yushchenko.

Recall that on the night of October 29 in the Lysogorsky district of the Saratov region, law enforcement officers discovered a car with a carrier of a moose in the trunk and detained several people, including Rashkin. According to the regional hunting committee, the men said that the animal was discovered by them already killed, and they decided to take it to themselves. The deputy was offered to undergo a medical examination for the presence of alcohol intoxication, from which he refused.

Later, two chains from rifles were found near the location in the forest belt. In one of them there was a hunting carbine with a sight of a night vision, and in the second - a tripod and cartridges. Also in one of the covers weapons and a hunting ticket were found in the name of Valery Rashkin. Why the full set of hunting equipment with documents was in the forest belt, and not in the car of the deputy, is not reported.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs opened a criminal case under Article 258 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal hunting), it can threaten up to 2 years in a colony.
