In Perm, a sentence was passed under Art. 280 Criminal Code

A resident of Perm fined for calls to attack the police.

In November 2021, the Sverdlovsky District Court of Perm sentenced a resident of Perm. He was found guilty under Part 2 of Art. 280 of the Criminal Code (public calls for extremist activities).

It was found that the defendant placed under one of the publications "an illegal statement" and called for attacks on law enforcement officers.

The court took into account the position of the state prosecution, the defendant's admission of guilt in full and an apology, and sentenced the guilty person to a fine of 100,000 rubles.
