Administrative cases under Art. 20.29 Code of Administrative Offences. November 2021

Due to the increase in the number of administrative cases under Art. 20.29 Administrative Code (production and distribution of prohibited materials) we combine in a single list of similar cases for each month.

On November 25, 2021, the Polyarny District Court of the Murmansk Region fined Olga Korochanskaya, an employee of the military unit, 1,000 rubles, finding her guilty of publishing a banned video on the VKontakte social network, which was recognized as extremist in 2014. Unfortunately, it was not reported what kind of video we are talking about.
On November 24, 2021, the Sovetsky District Court of Omsk fined A. Sitnikova 1,000 rubles for publishing the text of a certain banned song from the Federal List of Extremist Materials on a social network.
On November 26, 2021, the Sovetsky District Court of Tula imposed an administrative punishment (which, unfortunately, is unknown) on a 37-year-old local resident, finding him guilty of distributing one of the prohibited materials. Details were not reported.
In November 2021, the Buisky District Court of the Kostroma Region fined a local resident for posting on the social network VKontakte the comment “Russia is Russian power”, which was recognized as extremist by the Nagatinsky District Court of Moscow on November 13, 2017 and included in the federal list of extremist materials under item 4349.
On November 17, 2021, the Pidgorny District Court of the Stavropol Territory fined local resident P., born in 1983, 2,000 rubles, finding him guilty of publishing on the VKontakte social network a banned song by Timur Mutsuraev, a supporter of the separation of Chechnya from Russia, "Gelaevsky Spetsnaz" (p. 5141 of the Federal list of extremist materials ).
On November 11, 2021, the Leninsky District Court of Smolensk fined Belyutin for posting freely on his page on the VKontakte social network an audio recording included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials. A resident of Smolensk was sentenced to a fine of 1,000 rubles with confiscation of the subject of an administrative offense - an audio recording.
