In Komi, a sentence was passed under Art. 280 Criminal Code

A student from Ukhta received a suspended sentence.

On December 1, 2021, it became known that a sentence was passed in Komi under Part 2 of Art. 280 of the Criminal Code (public calls for extremist activity) to a USTU student.

According to the materials of the case, from March 2018 to February 2021, the student systematically posted materials in the public domain on his page on the social network VKontakte, “containing public calls for violent acts and murders against social groups united on the basis of professional activity” .

The court sentenced him to a suspended sentence with a probationary period of 1 year. Sources
