On December 2, 2021, a group of armed security forces in full outfit broke into the conference held in Ramenskoye near Moscow with participation of Protestant clergy. About 200 people were detained.
Among the participants were representatives of the New generation”, the activity of four foreign organizations of which in Russia was previously deemed undesirable.
Conference participants, including women, were laid on the floor for 40 minutes, the musician of the worship group was beaten. Some of those lying on the floor were kicked. Armed security forces also broke into the room where the children were.
They began to release the detainees at about one in the morning, after the protocols have been drawn up.
Later it became known that it was a conference at which the Russian organizations of the "New Generation" planned to create their own association.
Protocols under Art. 20.33 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (participation in the activities of a foreign or international non-governmental organization, in in respect of which a decision has been made to recognize it as undesirable on the territory of the Russian Federation activities) were compiled by more than 60 people. At the same time, the International Movement of Christian Churches "New Generation" appeared in the minutes as the organizer of the conference, while in reality the organizer was a Russian organization - the Centralized Religious Organization of Evangelical Christians (Pentecostals) "New Generation".
The operation was carried out by employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the FSB, the Center "E" and the prosecutor's office. Sources
