Adam Saiev brought to justice under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
November 24, 2021 urban the Gudermes court fined a local resident Adam Saiev a thousand rubles under Art. 20.29 Code of Administrative Offenses (mass distribution of extremist materials) for publication on VKontakte songs of the Chechen bard Timur Mutsuraev.
The court decision states that on Saiev's personal page police officers found Mutsuraev's song "The Hadith of the Prophet", which was allegedly recognized as extremist by the decision of the Pervomaisky District Court unnamed city. Saiev pleaded guilty, repented and was fined a thousand rubles.
One of Timur's recognized extremist songs Mutsuraeva (along with the video put on her) is indeed banned Pervomaisky District Court - Rostov-on-Don - December 8, 2014, this is the song "Islamic umma" or simply "Umma", which refers to military jihad; it is included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials under item 2793 , and users of social networks are often fined for its distribution. Mutsuraev also has a song called "Hadith", but among banned, it is not included, which is not surprising, since there are no signs it does not contain extremism: it retells one of the hadiths - about the prophet Muhammad mourning the coming decline of the ummah.
Thus, in our opinion, the grounds for Saiev was not persecuted, and he was wrongfully punished.
