Galina Nekrasova demanded from the Kaliningrad "Gortrans" 100 thousand rubles of moral compensation for the fact that in the spring she was planted twice from the buses without a mask. Nekrasov - a disabled person of the third group, suffers from diabetes, encephalopathy, congenital heart defect. She does not have one kidney, she does not see and hears well, there are problems with the spine. On trips, she is accompanied by a husband. With a long -term wear of the mask, it loses consciousness. In June, Nekrasova received from the Kaliningrad Ministry of Health the first certificate in the region, allowing her not to wear a mask in transport.
