Bryansk: the case under Art. 280

In December 2021, a case against a local resident accused of publicly inciting extremism was brought to court in Bryansk.

In December 2021, in Bryansk, the investigation of a criminal case on public incitement to extremism (part 2 of article 280 of the Criminal Code) was completed.

A local resident born in 1990 will soon be in the dock, who, according to law enforcement agencies, published calls for violence against representatives of certain ethnic groups in one of the social networks in August 2019 and February 2021.

The case has already been transferred to the Bezhitsky District Court of the Bryansk Region for consideration on the merits.
