Recall that convicted of forced labor are required to comply with the rules of the internal routine of the correctional center, not to leave it at night and non -working hours, weekends and holidays without the permission of the administration. Otherwise, the punishment may be replaced by imprisonment. Otherwise, they have the rights of ordinary citizens: they are allowed to use mobile phones, the Internet, wear civilian clothes, they have the right to vote. They have more opportunities for meetings with loved ones and relatives, they independently get to the place of work.
The Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Pskov Region noted that the question of creating areas functioning as correctional centers is currently being worked out on the basis of enterprises where convicts can be employed.
