A case has been initiated in Moscow for coordinating the banned organization "Union of Slavic Forces of Rus'" (USSR).

In February 2022, a case was initiated in Moscow under Part 1 of Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code (organization of the activities of an extremist organization) against a resident of the city. According to investigators, he coordinated the activities of the extremist organization "Union of Slavic Forces of Rus'" (USSR) banned in Russia.
Recall, "The Union of Slavic Forces of Russia (USSR)" by Sergei Taraskin was recognized as extremist on July 15, 2019. The ideology of this movement is based on the belief that the Soviet Union will never disintegrated, so the current government in Russia should be declared illegitimate. According to the followers of Taraskin, in 1991 there was a "raider seizure" of power, and the current leadership of the Russian Federation and states formed on the site of the former Soviet republics are "organized criminal communities" with which it is necessary to fight in order to restore all the structures and organs of the USSR.
