Judging by the document, the Ministry of Health requires all Russian chief doors to form lists of doctors who, if necessary, will be able to go on business trips to “save lives and preserve the health of people in the Russian Federation”. Surgeons of all directions, traumatologists, radiologists, anesthesiologists, ambulances and nurses are needed.
