Russian architects made an open letter against the war in Ukraine. The appeal is published on the website "Project Russia". The letter was already signed by more than 400 people.

“We, the architects and urban builders of Russia, consider the advance of Russian troops to the territory of Ukraine unacceptable. Foreign policy issues should be resolved exclusively peacefully! War cannot be a policy of politics in the 21st century.
The war depreciates the very essence of the activity of the architect and the urban planner, in which country he is. It violates the rights of people: to life, safety, self -realization, a comfortable and healthy environment - all the values that are the basis of our activity.
The respect of neighbors cannot be conquered by force or destruction. But it can be earned by arranging his own country, his own house.
