A resident of Vyazma was detained for calls to attack migrants and officials.
On April 4, 2022, in the Smolensk region, officers of the Federal Security Service of Russia detained a 31-year-old resident of Vyazma for calling "to carry out forceful actions against migrants, refugees, law enforcement agencies and officials."
A criminal case has been initiated under Part 2 of Art. 280 of the Criminal Code (public calls for extremist activity).
Previously, he had already been convicted four times, including for stealing a car as part of a group of persons by conspiracy, evading child support and driving while intoxicated.
