
FSB officers observe correspondence in some chats in support of Ukraine, the First Department reports . Some participants in such chats have already come from the FSB with operational-search measures, during which all equipment and carriers of information were seized. Chat participants were threatened with criminal liability, up to the prosecution of Gosizmen. Several people have already turned to human rights activists for help. The “first department” analyzed the procedural documents compiled by employees of the department.
According to the “first department”, three chats in support of Ukraine have already been compromised: Cyberpartisans, Cyber DDOS and Stop Russian War. “The security forces monitor the participants there who support the calls to“ deliver ”government sites or resources of pro -government media, write comments on social networks and the media, analyze information from hacking sites,” the human rights activists write.
On March 25, the FSB detained a resident of Khabarovsk on suspicion of “initiative transfer” of secret data to Ukraine during a “special operation”. The criminal case of the Stateismman has been instituted.
On February 27, the Prosecutor General’s Office announced that the “provision of assistance to a foreign state directed against the security of the Russian Federation” provides for criminal liability under Art. 275 Criminal Code (state treason). For this crime, punishment is provided for a period of up to 20 years in prison.
