The Ministry of Digital Development of Russia has compiled a list of Russian analogues of social networks, instant messengers and various services. Recommendations are divided into 15 categories, including video communication programs, antiviruses, browsers, marketplaces, etc.
“In February and March, a number of foreign IT companies announced their decision to leave the Russian market, after which their services became unavailable for Russians. Some resources were blocked by Roskomnadzor as extremist <...>. Most resources were priority for Russians even before restrictions. The blocking of foreign platforms will contribute to an increase in the audience and expanding functionality, ”the Ministry of Cyphra said in a statement.
