Rodion Martyanov was brought to justice under Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
On April 11, 2022, it became known that the Central District Court Kemerov appointed a day of arrest under Part 1 of Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (propaganda or demonstration of extremist organizations) to a local resident Rodion Martyanov.
Police officers found on Martyanov's personal page on VKontakte materials of the banned Anti-Corruption Foundation (FBK) containing the logo of the organization.
Anti-Corruption Foundation (FBK), Fund Protection of Citizens' Rights (FZPG) and Navalny's headquarters were recognized as extremist organizations June 9, 2021 of the year. The decision to ban came into force on 4 August. In our opinion, sufficient legal grounds to ban Navalny's organizations as there were no extremist and, accordingly, we consider unlawful persecution for displaying their symbols.
