In Samara, a sentence was passed under Art. 280 Criminal Code

A resident of the Samara region received a year of probation.

In April 2022, the Krasnoglinsky District Court of Samara sentenced a local resident, born in 1996, for publishing certain materials on the VKontakte social network calling for extremist activities.

The case was initiated in November 2021 by the Federal Security Service of Russia for the Samara Region under Part 2 of Article 280 of the Criminal Code (public calls for extremist activities).

A resident of Samara was sentenced to 1 year conditional imprisonment with a probationary period of one year with deprivation of the right to engage in activities related to the placement of appeals and other materials in public information and telecommunication networks, including on the Internet for a period of one year.
