In April 2022, the 1st Eastern District Military Court, at an offsite hearing in Kuzbass, delivered a sentence under Part 2 of Art. 205.2 of the Criminal Code (public calls for terrorist activities) in the case of a 40-year-old resident of Novokuznetsk.
According to the FSB, the defendant published some posts on the VKontakte social network calling for terrorist activities.
The court sentenced a resident of Novokuznetsk to a fine of 360 thousand rubles.
