On April 26, 2022, the Sysolsky District Court of the Komi Republic fined E. Peshkin 1 thousand rubles for publishing one of the far-right banned audio clips from clause 2329 of the Federal List of Extremist Materials.
On April 5, 2022, the Dimitrovgrad City Court of the Ulyanovsk Region made a decision to impose an administrative penalty on Ukrainian citizen Dobroslav Manko for publishing certain prohibited materials. Details, unfortunately, were not provided. In addition, Manko was found guilty under Art. 20.3 of the Administrative Code (propaganda and public display of Nazi symbols). It is reported that he received a total sentence of arrest for 14 days.
On April 14, 2022, the Proletarsky District Court of the city of Tula fined local resident I. Abramov 1.5 thousand rubles, finding him guilty of publishing on a social network the prohibited song “Hypothalamus - Skinheads, make a black one,” included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials (item 3120 ).
On April 27, 2022, the Syktyvkar City Court of the Komi Republic fined Denis Baikalov 1 thousand rubles for publishing in the public domain on his page on the social network VKontakte a video included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials, paragraph 2066. (It is not clear which video is meant; under paragraph 2066 several videos are listed at once: “On the coming of Christianity to Russia. 15 points of genocide of the church against the Slavs”, “Correct speech. A word to the Russian people”, “Let us remember to the Crooks and Thieves their Manifesto -2002", "Putin opened the borders of Russia to NATO troops", "Russia for Russians, and Russians for Russia", "rusmarsh", "Gatherings of Russian nationalists", "THIS VIDEO (Kondopoga) IS PROHIBITED TO SHOW BY THE FSB") .
On April 21, 2022, the Orenburg District Court of the Orenburg Region fined Timur Kuspanov 1 thousand rubles for publishing in the public domain on his page on the social network "VKontakte" the song "Argentina Sex Fight", recognized by the decision of the Oktyabrsky District Court of Vladimir on August 10, 2016 as extremist and included in the federal list of extremist materials under item 3894.
On April 20, 2022, the Nizhnevartovsk City Court of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Ugra fined Dalerjon Sayfutdinov 1 thousand rubles for publishing in the public domain on his page on the social network “VKontakte” Timur Mutsuraev’s songs “Army of Jakhar”, “Sons of the Caucasus, the best, into battle”. sons...", which are included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials under item 691.
On April 28, 2022, the Voroshilovsky District Court of Rostov-on-Don fined Andrei Sotnikov 1 thousand rubles for publicly publishing videos on his page on the social network VKontakte under the name “A. Pervomaisky”, including “Format 18”, "Gestapo", from the Federal List of Extremist Materials.
On April 18, 2022, the Pervomaisky District Court of Izhevsk, Udmurt Republic, fined Askar Mukhametshin 1 thousand rubles for publishing in the public domain on the VKontakte social network the emblem of the Azov battalion, which, by decision of the Frunzensky District Court of Vladimir on November 30, 2015, was recognized as extremist material.
On April 21, 2022, the Tambov District Court of the Tambov Territory fined Andrei Shcheglov for publishing in the public domain on the VKontakte social network a photograph included in the federal list of extremist materials under item 3323. You are next!”; - a photograph of a drawing depicting a man in a black mask with his right hand raised at 45 degrees, in the upper right corner there is a right-hand swastika, in the lower part there is the inscription: “Khach! You are a BITCH” “Fuck you from Russia” (decision of the Ustinovsky District Court of Izhevsk dated November 13, 2015) .
On April 19, 2022, the Armavir City Court of the Krasnodar Territory fined Mikhail Razvalyaev 1 thousand rubles for publishing in the public domain on the social network "VKontakte" the songs "F..t. Caucasus" by the group "Okolorep" and "Special-Skins-applause", included in Federal list of extremist materials.
On April 6, 2022, the Zheleznodorozhny District Court of the city of Yekaterinburg, Sverdlovsk Region, fined Alexey Kupriyanov 1 thousand rubles, finding him guilty of publishing on a social network the banned song “Thief Stars” by Ruslan Cherny (item 5200 of the Federal List of Extremist Materials).
On April 15, 2022, the Pravoberezhny District Court of Lipetsk fined local resident Valery Sokolov 2 thousand rubles, finding him guilty of publishing two banned songs on the VKontakte network: “White Wars” by the group “PS7.62” (item 2568 of the Federal List of Extremist Materials ) and “Smoke” of the groups “Grot” and “25/17” (item 3045).
On April 14, 2022, the Bratsk City Court of the Irkutsk Region fined Tuimorod Rustamjon Azimzod 1 thousand rubles for publishing in the public domain on his personal page on the social network VKontakte the audio file “Nashid Ahi – Ahi anta Khurrun,” included in the federal list of extremist materials.
On April 18, 2022, the Kirovsky District Court of the city of Omsk fined a 36-year-old local resident, finding him guilty of publishing on a social network account a photograph of an image of a chevron of the Ukrainian nationalist battalion (apparently the Azov battalion), as well as other photos with prohibited symbols. The young man fully admitted his guilt and deleted the images from his page.
On April 14, 2022, the prosecutor's office of the Lipetsk region announced that an administrative case had been opened against a 27-year-old resident of the village of Syrskoye for publicly posting four audio recordings from the Federal List of Extremist Materials on the VKontakte social network.
