In Pskov, the municipal deputy from Yabloko Nikolai Kuzmin was detained for discrediting the army

In Pskov, the police detained the municipal deputy from the Yabloko party Nikolai Kuzmin, the press service of the political association reports . Two protocols on administrative offenses were drawn up against him: under Art. 20.3.3 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (discrediting the Armed Forces) and under Art. 20.3 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (demonstration of prohibited symbols). The first article involves a fine of 30 to 50 thousand rubles, and according to the second, arrest for 15 days is possible.

Kuzmin became the third activist of the Pskov "Yabloko", which is involved under Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. On April 14, the protocols under this article were drawn up against the head of the regional branch of Yabloko Lev Schlosberg and his wife Zhanna, who is also a member of the party. Then it was reported to conduct a search from the Yabllenniki Ekaterina Novikova, Nikolai Kuzmina, as well as his parents. Also, the security forces came with searches for the chief world of the “Pskov province” Denis Kamalyagin and journalist Svetlana Prokopyeva.

Previously accountable under Art. 20.3.3. The Code of Administrative Offenses involved five members of Yabloko from five regions of Russia. All of them were appointed fines in the amount of 30 thousand to 60 thousand rubles.
