Sergei Sobyanin said that due to the departure of foreign companies from Russia in Moscow, about 200 thousand people may be left without work, RBC writes .

The mayor claims that the city authorities and the federal budget will allocate 3.36 billion rubles for their support, as well as organize public work - for example, in parks.

Since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, more than 750 foreign companies announced the restriction or termination of work in the Russian market. The list of such companies is carried out by a group of employees of Yale University under the leadership of Jeffrey Sonnenfeld, founder of the Institute of Higher Superior of this university.
